REPORTING

• What the client needs to do to achieve BIM 
• Who should be deployed on the various aspects
• Why the change process is required
• When and in which order the change process needs to be conducted
• How each task in the change process is executed.               

Our BIM Consultants provide a BIM Stage 2 Pre-assessment Analysis Report specific to the criteria required in achieving Accreditation with the BSI Group. The accreditation is specific to the client’s discipline and supply chain standing, thus determining the type of accreditation attainable. Our Gap analysis is unique to the client's requirements and aligned with the type of accreditation criteria.
