How to check the status of an ongoing product or service outage and view any upcoming maintenance
Sometimes products have outages which we cannot fix but Autodesk will be working on it.
To check the status of an ongoing product or service outage, or to view an upcoming maintenance schedule, visit the Health Dashboard. VISIT HEALTH DASHBOARD

How to check if Autodesk Cloud Services are down
If you are experiencing issues with any of your Autodesk Construction Cloud Services you can also go to this website https://health.autodesk.com/ and verify if the specific cloud service is down. Please use the ‘Health Subscription’ link to sign up to have updates regarding any upcoming maintenance plans/schedules.
If you want to sign up for regular updates on the status of all Autodesk cloud services or specific Autodesk cloud services, if you click on ‘Manage Subscription’ and enter your email address.
