On a day to day basis Eamon ensures the sales business runs smoothly and most importantly, that customers are satisfied.
Eamon has a background consisting of various Mechanical and Manufacturing qualifications obtained from both the Belfast Technical College (Belfast Tec) and the University of Ulster Jordanstown (UUJ). Eamon left education after obtaining an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UUJ.
After working in a Multinational company involved in plastic product design, Eamon decided to take the plunge away from Mechanical engineering and in to IT with a move to a locally owned business that soon became the leading CAD and Technologies supplier in Ireland. Eamon started as an Applications engineer and then moved into an all-Ireland Sales role.
In 2003, after several years of CAD and Technologies work behind him, the time was right for Eamon and friends to start Pentagon Solutions.
As Pentagon Solutions Technical Director, Brendan is responsible for the quality and delivery of our exceptional technical services to our customers.
Following a degree in Civil Engineering at QUB and a Masters in Computer Aided Mechanical Engineering Design, he has worked for several IT companies over the past two decades, managing the delivery of many large complex software and hardware projects, across Ireland and the UK.
Brendan is a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner, and this methodology is central to our project delivery philosophy.
As an integral member of Pentagon’s start up team Brendan ensures the technical capabilities of Pentagon Staff are up to date and utilised on all aspects of our business.
On Completion of a Bachelor of Honours degree in Aeronautical Engineering at Queens University Belfast Chris furthered his education with a Masters in Polymer Science & Engineering at University of Ulster (Jordanstown). His post university career commenced with an immediate entry into the CAD arena working with several CAD resellers as a Mechanical Applications Engineer before starting Pentagon.
As an integral member of Pentagon’s start up team Chris took on the role of Operations Director, with the responsibility of overseeing all company processes/procedures and ensuring that all operations are run smoothly and completed as efficiently and professionally as possible.
After David obtained his Degree in Civil Engineering at the UUJ he worked for a Civil and Structural Engineers in Belfast. David then worked within the Geospatial and Mapping Environment for 5 years and became a registered Incorporated Engineer with the Engineering Council.
David then worked as an Applications Engineer after obtaining several years’ experience using CAD and GIS software before starting Pentagon Solutions.
In Pentagon David is focused on project delivery using Prince II methodologies and managing the engineering team on a daily basis.
